Safer production environment

Schneider Electric System (PLC programmable controller, human machine interface, servo system, frequency converter, switching power supply, etc.) is mainly configured for the whole machine. It is safer, more reliable, more efficient and environmentally friendly, bringing you more economic energy loss).

Multiple safety protection (SUNX color mark detection, Japan SMC vacuum generator, air source processor with air pressure detection and power phase sequence protector) to ensure the stability and reliability of machine operation to the greatest extent.

In order to prevent sticking, bag sticking, material sticking and other phenomena of hot parts on the machine after long-term use, special spraying shall be adopted on the surfaces of bottom seal, vertical seal, top seal and other parts to avoid the above situations.

The frame of the whole machine is made of SUS304 with excellent corrosion resistance; Plexiglass cover prevents dust leakage, which is more environmentally friendly and pollution-free.

All connecting rod parts of the machine are made of SUS304 casting, which has strong firmness and no deformation. Other manufacturers generally use welded connecting rods, which are easy to break and deform.

Film changing and bag connecting device

Diamond tear
